Matched with thickened 80-mesh stainless steel filter screens to efficiently remove impurities, delivering higher-purity and uniform plastic pellets.
5.Integrated Long Conveyor Air-Cooling System, Air Cooling Only, No Water Circulation Required Equipped with a 6.2-meter extended conveyor belt and multiple cooling fans. Materials are sufficiently cooled during transportation. No water cooling system is needed, saving factory water circulation construction investment and eliminating water pollution risks. Uniform cooling effectively prevents adhesion of molten pellets and ensures neat and attractive finished pellets.
6.All-In-One Complete Unit, Eco-Friendly Low-Temperature Process Compliant with Global Environmental Standards The integrated unit combines extrusion, conveying cooling, pelletizing and collecting.
