Upgraded 150 hydraulic automatic screen changer avoids long shutdowns for screen replacement, cuts idle time and boosts effective production hours, ensuring consistent high purity of finished pellets.
5.Extended Segmented Air-Cooling Conveyor Line, No Water Cooling & Prevent Pellet Adhesion Equipped with a 12-meter long conveyor belt installed with 19 independent cooling fans for multi-stage continuous air cooling. The all-air-cooled design saves investment on water circulation infrastructure and eliminates water pollution risks. Materials are evenly and sufficiently cooled to avoid adhesion of molten pellets, delivering neat and consistent pellet quality.
