Materials are fully cooled during transportation. No water cooling system is required to avoid water pollution. Uniform cooling prevents pellet adhesion and delivers neat, high-quality finished pellets.

5.Vented Φ90 Special Screw + Φ100 Manual Screen Changer The vented Φ90 extrusion screw quickly removes gases and impurities from materials. Matched with Φ100 manual screen changer to filter contaminants and guarantee high pellet purity. Modular structure simplifies disassembly, assembly and routine maintenance.
